Adrian Dalton is Lola Lypsinka, the most beautiful pole-dancer we have ever seen. She started out as a drag queen model and has appeared in music videos, commercials, documentaries, magazines and books. Now she is often appearing as a performance artist and pole-dancer, with her own portable pole.

You are a master in pole dancing, how hard is it?

Well, I wouldn’t say I’m a pole-dancing master! Some people are incredible at it. But I can do some advanced moves and really enjoy it. It’s quite hard work and it’s much tougher physically than i thought it would be before I started. It helped build my upper body strength. I took lessons with Dana Mayer www.rocknrollpole.com – she’s brilliant.

Your alter ego is Lola Lypsinka right? what are the differences between you two?

I’m unusual in that Lola’s personality is pretty similar to mine. I don’t really have an alternate persona, it’s mainly just we look completely different. That said I guess when I perform as Lola I’m more extrovert and feminine.

What kind of things inspire you, when you write, when you dance etc?

Lots of things inspire me. Mainly other people, music, films, art, fashion and love.
